Voice Commands' Description

After Next Monday/Tuesday../Sunday – You may select any day following the week after the next.

Agenda Planning – It gives you a general overview of your plans for the current day.

Another Day – You may select any day out of the current or further years.

Another Search – You can find another person by Name, Company or City.

Back Stage – Returns you to the previous screen.

Cancel – Stops the process of creating Reminder Me/Appointment/Meeting/Event/Contact/E-Mail.

Create New Appointment – Appointment is temporary engagement during a day. For example a phone call, a lunch or a party.

Create New Contact – You can enter in any person's information in the Phone Book.

Create New Event – Is a an all-day appointment.

Create New Meeting - Meeting is an appointment that contains the list of attendees. If you wish to Create a Meeting you need to have at least one person with E-Mail address recorded in the Phone Book.

Day Planning – This View presents you with a close up look at the day's hourly reminder time.

Delete Appointment/Meeting/Event – This verbal command will totally erase your recorded Appointment/Meeting/Event

Delete Contact – Erase contact information.

Delete Task – You can erase the task.

Dial Phone Number – You can dial any phone number on your Smartphone.

Edit Appointment/Meeting/Event – You may correct or fine tune any information or setting in regards to Appointment/Meeting/Event.

Edit Task – This allow you to enter changers and corrections to a task.

Exit Sapie – Shut Down program.

Find Contact – Search a person by Name, Company or City.

Fine Time Adjustment Commands –

1) Verbal command “Twelve…Five at night�? or “Twelve…Five in the Afternoon�? allows you to select any hour between and including twelve and five. Verbal command “Six…Eleven in the Morning�? and “Six…Eleven in the Evening�? allows you to select any hour between and including six and eleven.

2) By default you day is divided by hours. You can break down the hourly layout for 15 minutes intervals and use commands such as: “Ten Fifteen in the Morning�? or “Ten Thirty in the Morning�? , or “Ten Forty Five in the Morning�? . You can Fine Tune Time by going to Tool Bar Icon on the bottom of the Screen, selecting Calendar and selecting View and Hours it will be remembered by Sapie as your new default setting. You can also click once/double on any hour and Sapie will break down the hour in 15/30/45 minutes intervals.

3) In the Morning/In the Afternoon/In the Evening – commands allow you to set up a Reminder Me/Appointment/Meeting by not specifying the exact time. Sapie will select the time for the command as you have indicated it in default settings.

Item Names – Sapie will show you the list of activities for the Appointment.

Month Planning – This mode lets you view your schedule for any month during a year.

Next Monday/Tuesday../Sunday – You may select any day the week following the current one.

Next Step – opens up the screen in which you need to indicate time for Remind Me/ Appointment/Meeting/Event.

Open Contact – You can see previously recorded any person's information.

Play Day – Sapie will show you Today's Schedule.

Play Day – You will see the list of your engagements for the current day.

Previous Step – Return to the previous screen.

Remind Me – This is a general reminder command where you have just three steps to go to set up Sapie to remind you of something. This works on a base of an alarm clock: you set up the time and record in voice comment the reason for the reminder.

Save – Allows Sapie to keep information for a continues period of time.

Set Today – Allows you to select New Reminder Me/Appointment/Meeting /Event for the current day.

Set Tomorrow - Allows you to select New Appointment/Meeting/Reminder/Event for the next day.

Show Active Tasks – Sapie will select and present you only with list of Active tasks.

Show All Tasks – Sapie will present you with the entire list of your tasks.

Show Calendar – Sapie will present you with a Calendar View.

Show Completed Tasks – Sapie will select and present you only with list of Completed tasks.

Show Contacts – Sapie will show the Phone Book.

Show Mailbox – You will see the entire list of your E-Mail messages.

Show Tasks – Task is engagement for a day without a set hour of completion. Sapie will show the entire list of your tasks.

Sort by Due Date - Sapie will select and show you tasks by the Due Day.

Sort by Priority – Sapie will select and show you tasks by the priority.

Sort by Start Day – Sapie will select and show you tasks by the Start Day.

Sort by Status – Sapie will select and show you tasks by the Status.

Sort by Subject – Sapie will select and show you tasks by the Subject.

This Monday/Tuesday../Sunday – You may select any day of the current week.

Tomorrow – In “Another Day�? command, allows you to pick up the day next after the current.

View Attendees – Sapie will show the list of attendees you have selected for the Appointment or Meeting. Available for PDA with 240x240 pi screen.

Week Planning – This Mode allows you to see your availability during the selected week.

What Can I Say - This is the hidden command which reminds you of the verbal commands applicable to each particular screen in which “What Can I Say?�? is active.

Write E-Mail – You can start composing and E-Mail.

Year Planning – You may schedule any engagement from this mode for any week, month or year.
