When I download Sapie it is a complete version or not?

Sapie is a shareware program. You download a full version and can use it for free for 15 days. After the trial time expires the program will offer you to buy it. You will be offered to enter you CC and will be sent your unique Purchase Key.

Problems with generation of my Purchase Key.

During 15 days of trial time, you do not need a Purchase Key. Usually to generate a Purchase Key for your device ID on-line stores allow you to enter your unique device ID number only one time. If you have made a mistake and the Key is not generated automatically, please write to our on-line support spr-feedback@speereo.com , mention your device ID number and we will manually generate the Key for you.

What is my device ID?

Device ID number is required to generate your Purchase Key to further use Sapie after 15 days of trial. When you download Sapie please make sure you enter Manufacturing number of your device. Download Sapie, click on “Settings Icon? and on “Register?. You will see two fields. Numbers in the upper one is your Device ID (15 digits).

I bought Sapie but did not receive Purchase Key. What should I do?

Your Key generates automatically and is sent to your by e-mail. Generally it takes about 2 business days.

Enter correct e-mail address. Key generating process may be unsuccessful should the server is unable to verify you. Also, please make sure you configure your computer settings the way which allows your server to receive e-mails from us (so called "white list").

Do I need to use my real e-mail address for registration?

Yes. Your e-mail address is required for us be able to deliver your Purchase Key to you. This Key will allow you to unlock Sapie after 15 days of trial. That is why make sure you enter your real e-mail address where you will be able to find a letter from Speereo™ with the Key enclosed.

Your e-mail will not be used for any other reason in the future by Speereo™ unless you choose the option “Subscribe for company’s newsletters?.

What do I do if I loose/forget my Purchase Key?

Should you loose or forget your Purchase Key please write us on spr-feedback@speereo.com , tell us name of the store where you bought Sapie and your device's ID, we will issue a new key.

How can I install Sapie?

Click on "Download" button of the screen and Sapie will start downloading on your computer. After the download run Setup.exe (launcher). If you experience problems, try a shortcut: copy Sapie to c:\Sapie and run Setup from there or take files: reminder.arm.CAB, SE.arm.CAB и VideoPack.arm.CAB and run them directly in you Mobile Device.

After the download you will need to unzip the program. If you use Windows XP then just click twice onto the downloaded file: program to open up ZIP files is built in the program. You can also use the downloaded file as a folder.

If you use Windows 2000 or early versions (Windows ME, Windows 98, Windows 95) you can download and use this unpacker free of charge.

Note. Please be advised of the following: to install Sapie into your mobile device, program will require to have Microsoft Activesync available for use. You may download this program for free from Microsoft Web Page. Size of Microsoft ActiveSync Distributive is approx. 5 Megabytes.

How can I upgrade to the full version (Speereo™ Voice Organizer)?

Upgrade to the full version of Speereo™ Voice Organizer is available after purchase of one of the following programs: “Speereo™ Voice Reminder?, “Speereo™ Voice Contact? or “Speereo™ Voice Mailer?.

Upgrade is available at the internet store you have purchased the program or at the http://www.personal-secretary.com/Products/upgrade.html

To complete the upgrade you will need to enter your device’s IMEI number to receive the upgrade key. You will also have 15 days of trial period for the full version of Speereo™ Voice Organizer.

How long is my trial period for Sapie?

You can explore Sapie for 15 days free of charge. Within 2 business days you will receive activation key. You can enter the key at any time within or after the 15 days of the trial.

Accepting the key means you are "entering-to-buy Sapie" status (the purchase will be completed) and the store will withdraw money.

How can I set up a record button?

Any button at any point of your operating Sapie can be selected to be the record button for you. Click on Settings icon on the bottom of Navigation Bar, choose "GENERAL" and then "SET UP BUTTONS". Select one button from the list or use "Grab a Key" option.

What are the 7 phrases?

Sapie has the following 7 basic voice operated commands:

  •   Remind Me
  •   Create New Appointment
  •   Create New Event
  •   Create New Meeting
  •   Create New Contact
  •   Create New Task
  •   Create New E-Mail

Every time you intend to use voice commands press and hold down record button, give Sapie up to one minute to get prepared for recording and start talking. After you complete dictation release record button.

Also, these commands can be found on the bottom Navigation Bar if you click on the arrow-up icon.

What is "What Can I Say?"?

"What can I say?" is a hidden voice active command prepared by SpeereoT to help you navigate in Sapie. It provides a list of other voice commands that can be used in Sapie on many screens. The list may be different for different screens.

You can access it by pressing record button and saying "What can I say?" command. The list will appear on the screen.

Does the screen size of my device matter?

It does not. Sapie can be used on devices with any screens.

Why Sapie is not working on my device?

Sapie is operating on Microsoft Windows 3/6 platform for PPC or Smartphones. Please, check up the compatibility list for your device.

What do I do if I get an error that the speech recognition cannot load?

1. Make sure that Speech Engine and Sapie are installed on PPC correctly. Make sure that Speereo Speech Engine and Sapie are visible in Settings-Remove Programs (on PPC)

2. Using File Manager make sure that there are the following files present in Program Files\Voice Organizer and Program Files\SpeereoSE folders. (If you do not see files, try to install Sapie in the main PPC memory, and not flash card.)

4. You can check program settings, which button is set up on voice recognition. Some PPC don't use all the buttons avaliable. Try opening "Setup buttons" area - "Grab key" and press the required button. Then set this button up on "Recognize speech" option. When you use this button in Sapie's main window, a microphone button should appear.

5. Try launching Sapie with your keyboard folded up.

6. Try copying reminder.arm.CAB and SE.arm.CAB files manually.

How can I uninstall Sapie from my device?

Before uninstalling Sapie, you should properly close it by using the Exit organizer command in the left part of the main screen. To confirm intention, press OK (DO NOT click on symbol at the top right). Then use standard Windows tools to uninstall the program: On PC: Control panel -> Add/remove programs. On Pocket PC: Settings -> Remove programs .
